The past 12 weeks of upgrades the Rasha has helped immensely in many areas of my life. At work, I would get easily frustrated and angry about a lot of little things. Now, its like nothing can bother me, I feel like a beacon of light. Not only has it helped with frustrations at work but also everyday life. Physically, since starting the Rasha in February, I've put on 30 pounds of mostly muscle. I've been trying to gain weight, size, and strength, for many years and all of the sudden I've just kind of blew up and in a good way. I'm 35 and have increased strength to numbers I never thought I would reach. Spiritually, I've never felt more in tune with my higher self. I feel like my intuition has gotten stronger and I'm on a clearer path and becoming more inline with my eternal self. Luke and Kevin are absolutely amazing people that are doing amazing work. I've never met the guys (in this life) but they make me feel like a brother, and a part of their family, and I look forward to working with/learning from them both in the future. -Anonymous
